Return Policy

RETURNS
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or discounted items

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, contact us at info@gebanos.com with your order number.
We will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Contact us to arrange an exchange.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this, the order may already be processed.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your payment provider.
If the issue persists, contact us.
